    What is TMS 39?

    TMS 39 is the official online Trading Management System (TMS) used by clients of Sumeru Securities, Broker No. 39 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Through TMS you can place buy and sell orders, view real-time prices, check your order book and monitor your holdings — all from a web browser or the NEPSE TMS mobile app.

    How to Login to TMS 39 – Step by Step

    1. Open tms39.nepsetms.com.np in your browser (or tap “Go to TMS 39 Login” above).
    2. Enter your client ID (username) issued by Sumeru Securities.
    3. Enter your password and complete the on-screen captcha.
    4. Click Login to reach your trading dashboard.
    5. Set your buy/sell orders and track the live NEPSE market.
