Sumeru Securities Pvt. Ltd. is a stock brokerage firm licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), operating under Broker License No. 39. Our registered office is located at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. We facilitate the buying and selling of securities listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and provide related financial services to clients residing in Nepal and abroad, subject to the prevailing laws and regulations of Nepal.

Sumeru Securities provides brokerage services including, but not limited to, facilitating secondary market transactions, IPO applications, portfolio tracking, research and advisory insights, and investor education through our online platforms. The availability of specific products and services may vary by branch and is subject to change at the sole discretion of Sumeru Securities without prior notice.

All trades executed through Sumeru Securities are carried out via the NEPSE Trading Management System (TMS) and are governed by the rules, bylaws and directives of NEPSE and SEBON. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All orders are placed and executed at your own risk and responsibility.
• Market orders are subject to price fluctuations and may be executed at prices different from those displayed at the time of order placement.
• Settlement of trades follows the prevailing settlement cycle as prescribed by NEPSE (currently T+2).
• You must maintain sufficient funds or securities in your account prior to placing any order.
• Sumeru Securities reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse any order or transaction that it reasonably believes may violate applicable laws, regulations or internal policies.

Brokerage commissions, SEBON regulatory fees, NEPSE transaction fees, CDSC charges, and applicable government taxes shall be levied on all transactions in accordance with the prevailing rate structure established by the respective regulatory authorities. Fee schedules are subject to change and any updates will be communicated through our website or official channels. Additional charges may apply for specific services as outlined in the individual terms governing those services.
